Our mission is to help each individual to transform their life through supportive coaching, meal plans, recipes, health tours, pantry and fridge audits, workshops, cooking classes, support and training. Our program shows the importance of integrated holisitic nutrition, wellness, exercise, relaxation and developing a healthy healing whole foods plant based lifestyle.
Penelope customizes eating plans, is a supportive mentor, provides a diet analysis, shows you how to read food labels and teaches you to shop for healthy alternatives. Sean facilitates Whole Foods Plant-Based (WFPB) cooking classes and workshops, mindful shopping, pantry audits, tips and facts on cooking, meal plans and provides delicious recipes. As a team they will help you make the transition to a happier, holistic, healthier balanced lifestyle!
